Tri-County Therapy, LLC ( TCT ) is a pediatric therapy company that provides therapy services for children from birth to 18 years old.

TCT’s mission is to provide quality therapy to children while building a diverse community of talent where each team member feels empowered to bring their unique differences to work and achieve their full innovative potential.

TCT offers a multi-disciplinary approach with speech, occupational, aquatic, and physical therapy services. TCT has clinics located in the following South Carolina cities : Charleston, Ladson, Mount Pleasant, Greenville and Anderson.

We also provide therapy in the natural environment, including homes, the community and preschools.

Current Position Opening*

Full-Time Mount Pleasant Clinic and nearby community (daycare / home) patients

Schedule : Monday-Thursday 8am-5 : 30pm, with Fridays available for flex / make-ups.

Our Leadership structure provides a direct manager for you and your team, as well as a Lead Physical Therapist to provide clinical support, training, and documentation review.

Job Requirements :

• Must be actively licensed in South Carolina
• Experience with torticollis, neuromuscular impairments, and developmental delays.
• Previous pediatric experience is required through employment or clinical rotation.

Compensation Package :

Salary + bonus commission pay structure

Salaries range from $62,000-$85,000+ dependent upon experience and productivity
