The Technology division partners with our business units and leading technology companies to redefine how we do business in ever more global and dynamic financial markets.

Technology's mission is to ensure the Firm manages its global businesses and serves clients on a market-leading technology platform that is resilient, safe, efficient, smart, fast and flexible.

Within Technology, the Cloud Fleet is responsible for providing secure, scalable, self-service solutions that facilitate the adoption of public cloud services, maintaining a balance between risk, capability and cost through this journey.

Enabling our Applications and Infrastructure organizations to harness the power of the Public Cloud will drive the higher level of productivity and flexibility needed to improve our time to market, respond to business trends, lower our cost base, maintain a highly conservative risk posture, and ultimately outpace our top competitors in the market.

Qualifications

Skills Required

  • Experience working in a technology department with project or program delivery responsibilities including governance, stakeholder management and prioritization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and public cloud concepts (e.g. Azure, AWS, GC)
  • Experience in delivering complex content to business and technology stakeholders
  • Proven ability to deliver through matrix management

Skills Desired

Direct experience of implementation in / migration to Public Cloud

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $205,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
