About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Director to oversee the property management operations in the Denver / Northern Colorado metros.
Must live or be willing to relocate to the market. Relocation Package Available.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the regional real estate market.
As the Regional Director, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maximizing asset performance, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
This role will report directly to the VP of Operations.

Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the property management teams in the region.
- Promote and continually reinforce the Atlas culture and core values.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including budgeting, financial reporting, and resident relations.
- Develop and implement property management strategies to optimize asset performance and achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track property performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of customer service excellence and ensure that client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute regional business plans that align with the company's overall objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, residents, and vendors to drive resident satisfaction and retention.
- Stay abreast of market trends, industry best practices, and regulatory changes that may impact the company's operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of property management professionals.

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in property management, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of property management principles, financial analysis, and budgeting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
