Description

Manages and optimizes the flow of value through the ART and Solution Train using various tools, such as the Program and Solution Kanban and other information radiators.

Facilitates Program Increment (PI) planning readiness by fostering the preparation of vision and backlogs, and through pre- and post-PI Planning meetings.

Facilitates the PI planning event. Assists tracking the execution of features and capabilities. Assists with economic decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation by teams and the roll-up to Epics, where necessary.

Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets. Helps manage risks and dependencies. Escalates and track impediments.

Improves the flow of value through value streams using the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps. Facilitates system demos and solution demos.

Drives relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assesses the agility level of the ART and Solution Train and helps them improve.

Be part of a SAFe Facilitation Support team who is responsible for guidance and facilitation of SAFe Principles. Plan and manage the work, and values to uphold while promoting alignment, collaboration, and delivery across large numbers of agile teams, currently aligned in two Agile Release Trains.

The first aligns teams focused on enabling operational insight by increasing data discoverability through enterprise search or query.

The second aligns teams focused on enabling the operational analysis and triage of data through visualization, enrichments, and analytics.

Primary Responsibilities :

oPossesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.

oPlans and leads major technology assignments.

oEvaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.

oFunctions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments

oDecision making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation.

oMay supervise others.

Basic Qualifications :

oBachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems

oManagement, other related discipline, or equivalent experience; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

o8-12 years of prior relevant experience or master's with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.

oAbility to work well within a small agile team environment

oStrong communication skills

oUS Citizenship

Preferred Qualifications :

oExperience with Atlassian Software products (JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk, etc.)

oDOD Top Secret Clearance is required.

Pay Range : Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00
