• The Delivery Specialist is primarily responsible for?presenting and explaining all features of a new & used Lexus vehicles to a customer at the time of delivery, ensuring they understand how to operate the car's technology and functionalities, while also providing a high level of customer service and maintaining a positive brand image for Lexus;
• this includes thorough vehicle inspections, addressing any concerns, and guiding the customer through necessary paperwork and dealership services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Vehicle presentation : Conducting a detailed walk-around of the new & used Lexus, explaining all features, controls, and technology functions to the customer.?
• Technology expertise : Being proficient in all Lexus technology systems, including navigation, infotainment, safety features, and connectivity options, to answer customer questions accurately.?
• Customer service : Providing positive and personalized experience throughout the delivery process, addressing any customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.?
• Vehicle inspection : Thoroughly inspecting the vehicle for any damage or discrepancies before delivery, confirming all options and accessories are present.
• Presenting the Delivery Checklist.
• Pre-Scheduling the 1st Service Appointment : Assist the guest with their scheduling of the 1st service appointment 5 months out from the date of purchase.
• Post-delivery support : Following up with customers after delivery to address any questions or concerns they might have regarding their new vehicle.?
• Product knowledge : Staying up-to-date on all new Lexus models, features, and updates to accurately inform customers.?
• Maintaining standards : Adhering to Lexus dealership standards for customer service and delivery procedures.?
• General Sales Support : Occasional off site deliveries, lot organization and merchandizing, dealer trades, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Demonstrates a high HQ (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of automotive industry and vehicle features.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements :

• Driving : Ability to drive a variety of vehicles safely and comfortably for extended periods.
• Lifting : Ability to lift and carry items, such as keys or paperwork, up to 25 pounds.
• Standing and Walking : Frequent standing and walking, often on uneven surfaces.
• Bending and Stooping : Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel to access vehicle compartments and perform inspections.
• Reaching : Ability to reach above shoulder level and below waist level to retrieve items.
