Job Responsibilities
Practice or Service line leader leading teams to focus on outcomes
Provides direction and leadership on strategic initiatives
Share feedback on service line budget, focused on ensuring a profitable practice
Supports in all aspects of the people journey through coaching and mentoring
Proactively planning talent needs to meet business needs via workforce planning and management
Drive demand capacity planning, resourcing, hiring and retention strategy
Collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders
Acts as the point of escalation for client and internal team escalations
Ensures team is following delivery methodology, with approval oversight on deviations and accountable for risk management
Facilitates executive-level communications with client, with internal Partners and leadership, including QBRs
Provide governance and oversight of technology projects, ensuring quality framework is met
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Cor related discipline, or equivalent work experience
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the professional services industry
Minimum 5 years of experience leading Microsoft Dynamics CE implementations with executive-level oversight and accountability

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. Compensation Range for this position : $189,000 - $283,000 (Colorado, New Jersey);
$207,000 - $324,000 (New York, California, Washington). Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
