Our client, an entertainment company with an office in Los Angeles, is looking for a Paid Marketing Coordinator to join their team for a 12 month contract! This role will work a hybrid schedule, with 2 days a week onsite in West Hollywood.
Responsibilities :
- Campaign Oversight : Coordinate with our external media partners and internal teams to ensure all deliverables are executed for our campaigns from start to finish, owning the process and adhering to timelines.
- Asset Management : Collaborate with the Creative Services team to submit and track asset requests and subsequently review and assist in delivering them for all platforms including CTV, mobile, web and more.
- Documentation : Maintain multiple tracking documents and update them in real time. Own and be thinking about ways to add to and / or enhance these resources for easy, on-demand reference.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with other teams across the organization
- including Content / Brand Marketing, Programming / Partner Marketing in order to have the latest on-platform content information.
- Operational Support : Assist the team with any miscellaneous needs, help coordinate meeting schedules with internal and external teams and keep the team Google Drive current with the latest media partner reporting, contracts, decks, etc.
- Billing : Work with finance team to ensure all monthly invoices are accounted for
- Misc. Projects : Support other verticals under paid marketing with ad hoc projects as needed.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 1 year of work experience supporting a marketing team or working at an ad agency
- Experience in the entertainment, streaming TV / OTT space preferred
- Organizational / project management platform knowledge such as Google Drive and Asana.
- Experience working with creative assets including the design process and basic spec knowledge.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly with Creative and Billing
- Experience working with external partners to launch large scale digital marketing
- campaigns
- Experience establishing processes and timelines and adapting them for further
- efficiency.
- Pays close attention to detail
- Excellent communication, time management and problem solving skills.
- A proactive thinker who has the ability / willingness to pivot at a moment’s notice.
- A healthy curiosity for the entertainment marketing space. Asks questions when needed and a passion to learn.
- Advanced Excel experience is a plus
