Il Cervo, located next to the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee’s historic Deer District, is set to open in the Spring of 2023 on the top of The Trade, Milwaukee’s premier luxury hotel.
Il Cervo is currently looking for you, an experienced hospitality professional hoping to showcase their skills in a brand new 10,000-square foot, high-end Italian restaurant.
Il Cervo’s menu features hand-rolled pasta, homemade mozzarella and ricotta cheeses, and dry-aged steaks served Florentine-style, and will boast an Italian focused wine list with over 300 labels.

Position Summary :
The Dishwasher position is an integral part of a restaurant kitchen team, especially in busy restaurants. The Dishwasher position is responsible for setting up the dishwashing station to meet health code standards.
This position is responsible for cleaning work stations, sweeping, mopping and washing all dishes (pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc.
that come in from the dining room.
