Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Selling Branch Manager to lead our sales efforts in the staffing industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of exceeding targets. As the Selling Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a sales team, and developing strategic business partnerships.
Responsibilities : 1.Sales Leadership :

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
Lead by example and actively engage in selling activities, including prospecting, client meetings, and closing deals.
Provide sales coaching and mentoring to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
2.Team Management :
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals.
Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to ensure individual and team goals are met.
Conduct performance evaluations and develop career development plans for team members.
3.Business Development :
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral and promotional materials.
4.Market Analysis and Strategy :
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas and target industries.
Develop strategic plans to capitalize on market opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
5.Reporting and Analysis :
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the staffing industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
