Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement IAM strategies aligned with security objectives and business goals.
• Define IAM frameworks, policies, and standards based on industry best practices and regulations.
• Partner to implement access control policies, ensuring compliance with standards such as RBAC and SOD.
• Conduct regular assessments of IAM controls, processes, and technologies to identify areas for improvement.

The Ideal Candidate

• 4+ years of experience in IAM, PAM, SSO, Cyber Security, Audit, and Risk Management.
• 2+ years of experience with IAM platforms like NetIQ, Oracle, SailPoint, or similar.
• Experience with vaulting solutions such as CyberArk, and tools like AD, Azure AD, and Okta.
• Familiarity with cloud service provider IAM / RBAC support and NIST frameworks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across management levels.
