This exciting opportunity involves managing Identity & Access Management security, responding to regulatory findings, and overseeing risk management processes within a dynamic company.

Role Summary :
- Direct control evaluation and substantiation activities, ensuring timely execution of operational risk activities, including the Risk Control Self-Assessment process.
- Ensure appropriate control design through conducting control design reviews with technology and business stakeholders.
- Develop and update best practice documentation for top-notch risk assessment and control evaluation / substantiation activities.
- Oversee and administer operational and regulatory risk strategy programs for the identified business segment.

Qualifications :
- Proven experience in managing IAM security and related issues.
- Strong analytical skills for collecting and analyzing IAM-related risk data, making sound decisions based on results.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with multiple department functions.
- Ability to proactively identify vulnerabilities within the IAM ecosystem and address them.
- Experience in conducting control design reviews and overseeing the Risk Control Self-Assessment process.
- Capability to deliver timely analysis and escalate issues to senior management.
- Strong relationship-building skills with business line management.
