Through each of our companies in the Company portfolio, we bring to market innovative & pragmatic products & services rigorously tested and developed on our own real estate assets to address the needs and gaps in commercial real estate.
The Vice President of Sales role
Company is looking for a talented and experienced revenue leader to oversee our sales organizations across our portfolio.
Our ideal candidate will be comfortable managing and supporting portfolio-wide sales through net new growth and expansion opportunities.
Applicants should be motivated professionals with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in sales performance and leadership.
Our Vice President of Sales should be comfortable building, training, developing, and motivating sales teams, aligning sales strategy, developing compensation and resource models, assessing costs, and outmaneuvering competition.
In addition to being an excellent communicator and collaborator, qualified candidates will also demonstrate exceptional negotiation and core leadership skills.
Responsibilities :
Leading and motivating staff to improve client engagement and time to close deals
Designing and implementing strategic plans, including resourcing, to reach sales targets
Cultivating lasting relationships with customers
Developing and executing toward weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives
Delivering detailed and accurate sales reports and ensuring our database is accurate
Working with clients to better understand their business needs and goals, while supporting your team to do the same with their respective pipelines.
Assessing costs, competition, and demand for our platform in the market
Forecasting sales volume and revenue for current and new products
Establishing a sales training & enablement program
Meeting regularly with Company leadership to assess company performance and identify opportunities for continued growth and success
Collaborating across the organization & functional teams
Requirements :
Bachelor s degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field or comparable experience in similar roles
Minimum 7 years experience with increasing responsibilities
In-depth knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices to meet goals
Capacity to manage various projects and work against tight deadlines
Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Passion for building & developing team members across the organization
