The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Florida College of Medicine Jacksonville seeks up to a full-time non-tenure faculty member at the level of Assistant or Associate Professor for the position of Academic Specialist in General Obstetrics and Gynecology at our Downtown campus.
The general responsibilities of faculty members at the Downtown campus are patient care and resident and medical student education.
Major responsibilities of the position include outpatient care of general Ob-Gyn patients, coverage of Labor and Delivery, provision of surgical care for patients with general gynecologic disorders, and teaching (both clinical and didactic) and clinical supervision of Ob-Gyn residents and medical students.
