We are seeking candidates for Order Entry Clerk roles on the 1st shift. Compensation for this direct hire opportunity ranges between $50,000-$60,000 per year, depending on skills and experience.

What you will do as an Order Entry Clerk :
- Create and communicate sales order acknowledgments directly to the customer or to the applicable Account Manager
- Analyze multiple levels and sources of production and inventory demand
- Create job orders to fulfill customer and stocking requirements concerning quantity and due date
- Manage and input ECOs and BOM maintenance for long-term contract customers
- Assist Production and Account Management as necessary in the maintenance of job order routings and bill of materials to resolve issues for work-in-process jobs
- Develop relationships with multiple functions across sites and ensure the planning strategies support the overall company strategies
- Analyzes prior months' revenue and provides similar feedback leveraging the thrive forecasting tool
What you need to be an Order Entry Clerk :
- Associate’s degree in business or related field, bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing job shop required
- Previous production planning experience in a multi-plant operation
- Proficient computer skills including ERP / MRP, Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
