JOB SUMMARY :
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Strategy and Operations, with a strong background in strategizing and implementing initiatives that contribute to impactful strategic and operational developments.
This role involves leading cross-functional teams, developing clear action plans, and effectively communicating program strategies to senior and executive leadership.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Identify strategic opportunities through customer, competitor, and macroeconomic insights.
- Lead and implement initiatives with clear action plans and success metrics.
- Develop and communicate program strategies to cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Proactively identify roadblocks and propose actionable, alternative solutions.
- Influence and partner with key internal stakeholders to ensure a shared vision and progress on initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Proven experience in strategy, consulting, or marketing.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and influencing skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, visual / presentation, and interpersonal communication abilities.
