ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Participates in managing the send queue in Salesforce.
  • Performs email communication sends, including client alerts, newsletters, invitations to events.
  • Supports internal clients with email communications and CRM needs. Works extensively with marketing and BD team to fulfill mailings and determine sequence of tasks for completion.
  • Develops email templates and solicits approval from stakeholders on final layout.
  • Creates form and form handlers in Pardot.
  • Maintains best practices for the firm’s marketing automation and CRM technologies.
  • Independently manages a large number of requests from extended marketing team members and partners across the firm.
  • Oversees list imports and exports into Salesforce and Pardot using the firm’s data regulation and privacy guidelines.
  • Coordinates performance metrics including understanding of mitigating bounce backs, spam blocks, and poor data.
  • Performs Salesforce administrator tasks including creating user accounts, campaigns, and setting application access.
  • Creates workflow and automation rules, list segmentation and dynamic list development.
  • Develop and extend marketing analytics capabilities in Salesforce including implementing setting up dashboards and reports.
  • Identifies process improvement and technology upgrades. Continuously improves processes and make recommendations to the extended marketing team members based on the metrics and interpretation of results.
  • Participates in data clean-up projects in Salesforce, Pardot / Marketing Cloud and Introhive
  • Handles daily CRM requests including updating and merging contacts and accounts and enhancing campaign lists.
  • Using data quality management tools, reviews new contacts and updates to existing contacts before committing data to CRM system.
  • Understands, supports, and implements marketing styles and web best practices.
  • Provides training to MoFo personnel on Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Consistently promote and model the firm's Client Service Principles in leadership, teamwork, work product, and personal interaction.
  • Ensure compliance with the firm's Information Handling Policy, including safeguarding confidential and personal information, and reporting any suspected breach appropriately and immediately.
  • Adhere to the firm's General Safety Practices and any unique safety practices for department and building.

ABOUT YOU

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing technology and analytics, primarily marketing automation and CRM, or combined experience in marketing technology operations.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of marketing technologies, particularly with Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Experience with email marketing best practices and creating automated email campaigns.
  • Experience with monitoring and reporting on digital marketing performance. Familiarity of best practices and general implementation of social media sites, blogs, and other public-facing digital platforms.
  • General understanding of how technologies are set-up, including : a) basic knowledge of on premise applications, SaaS, public vs.

private cloud environments and the interplay between these various technologies; b) understanding of environment set-ups : production, test, development, disaster recovery.

Comfort and facility with reports and large data files. Facility with basic manipulation of reports in applications like Excel.

Ability to use data files to visualize data in applications including Salesforce dashboards.

  • Strong communication skills with experience in creating and performing presentations and leading meetings.
  • B2B experience a plus.
  • Strong sense of accountability, taking ownership over projects and responsibilities and resolving issues proactively.
  • Ability to assess information, anticipates issues and outcomes, and make effective decisions.
  • Ability to analyze needs and to determine priorities based on business objectives.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent proofreading skills.
  • High client service ethic and a proven record in delivering exemplary client satisfaction to external and internal clients.
  • Effective communications skills, and ability to communicate credibly and diplomatically with all levels in an organization.

The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities / states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following : local market data and ranges;

an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience; and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.

San Francisco, Palo Alto salary range : $70k to $104k

Los Angeles, San Diego salary range : $65k to $98k

Denver salary range : $61k to $91k
