Employment Litigation Associate
Location : Los Angeles
Experience : 2-10 years
Compensation : $180,000 - $400,000
Work Schedule : Hybrid
Key Requirements :
- 2+ years of employment litigation experience on the defense side
- Prior Am Law 100 experience required
- Graduate from a Top 30 law school preferred
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach
- Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment

About the Position :
You will manage various complex commercial matters from inception to resolution, including depositions, court appearances, settlement negotiations, trials, and appeals.
