Infant at 224 5071261 Title : Project Manager (Hybrid)-2 Openings Location : Maple Grove, MN Duration : 7 month contract position - possibility for extensions depending on business needs and candidate performance Start Time (AM / PM) : 9 : 00 am End Time (AM / PM) : 5 : 00 pm REMOTE OR RELOCATION CANDIDATES NOT PERMITTED The candidate will be on site 100% of the time for the first 1 month.

After that, they will be allowed a hybrid model. Hybrid schedule : must be in office 3 days a week (M,W,F in office & T, TH from home) Description :

• This non-exempt position will develop, execute and manage IT projects within the defined scope.
• Works with business and IT management to establish project goals, objectives and deliverables.
• Assess the degree to which changes to scope, issues and risks will affect projects working with department, management and sponsor to gain agreement for resolution.
• Measure performance to ensure the project is progressing as compared to the original plan and budget.
• Develops and executes a work plan obtaining authorized resources to ensure all activities are performed.
• Gather lessons learned and obtain final project approval from the sponsor and stakeholders.
• Communicate project progress by producing project reports to provide timely and accurate project status and decision support information to the Project Team and Department manager.
• Coordinate resources to ensure project needs are addressed and effectively assign tasks and deliverables to team members based upon their abilities.
• Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
• At the department level or provides assistance to Program or Project managers on phases of a larger project.
• Make decisions that impact project-level activities. Influence project-level budget.
• Looking for an IT PM But IT desired, this position requires a 50% PM and 50% BA, interpersonal skills, soft skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to communicate and meet with others.
• If they have an IT background and are an IT PM, that is acceptable, but it is not needed.
• For this project, a combination of waterfall and Agile experience is ideal.
• A few years of experience with a scrum master is acceptable, but complete experience will not work.

Microsoft Office abilities are essential. Excel, vlook, and pivot tables are great.

• Understands process and procedures, collect requirements, process improvements
• Technical experience helpful, but not required
• Cloud / Azure knowledge nice to have
• Both waterfall and Agile experience preferred
• PMP certification nice to have not required
• MS Office experience required need to be strong in these applications
• Facilitate and drive meetings need to be comfortable speaking and communicating with all groups
• Critical thinking skills break down information and figure out what needs to be done and communicate it
• Someone who is proactive, likes to learn
• Environment adaptability

Education and Experience :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related discipline.
• At least 3 yrs. experience in project management, business systems analysis, or software development.
• Experience level moved to 10 years required IT experience preferred, but not required.
• The position does not involve any implementation or IT technical experience
• Communication is key-interpersonal skills are priority
• Program support waterfall experience preferred, some years of scrum okay, but need PM and waterfall experience
• Day to Day : 4 different programs being supported, meetings and follow-up discussions, possible side projects, etc.
• Supporting Pacemaker Software
• Must Haves : Tactical day-to-day position for someone with 10 to 15 years’ experience as IT Project Manager
• This is a mid-level to position so anyone who is a Sr. IT Project Manager, Director, or Program Manager are overqualified
• This is not a scum master position
• Software technical ability beyond typical project manager able to understand MS Azure, IT networking, security, processes, procedures, and evaluate technical requests - does not need coding experience or the highly technical parts of the programming but needs to understand how to put the pieces together and take the next steps to keep the project moving forward
• Strong speaking / writing / soft / interpersonal skills
• The position is customer-facing, must be able to communicate clearly, effectively and properly to clients
• Must be highly organized
• Must be able to professionally handle conflict and identify resolutions acceptable to all parties
• Position is relationship based and in-person contact with the broader team in the office is critical
• The position will contain frequent whiteboard sessions in the office, physical presence is required for such meetings to be fruitful.

Must Haves :

• IT Software project management in a waterfall setting - need to be a leader, proactive Software delivery projects - must be computer IT related, building new computer systems
• Not looking for scum master experience
• 15 years IT project management projects does not want to see more experience than this (20+ years will be considered overqualified)
• Mid-level project management role running day-to-day operations
• Candidates have IT Project Management experience starting in 2010
• Good step up for candidates who have done smaller projects
• Consistent IT Project Management experience
• Consistent job titles no back slashes / title changes to match JP
• Infrastructure systems experience in IT setting (software-based)
• Highly interpersonal role - need to be comfortable speaking
