spanning all ages and all abilities. We are seeking caregivers to join our independently owned and operated national agency.
SYNERGY HomeCare offers :
- Competitive pay ($15.50-$18 per hour)
- Paid Time Off (PTO) beginning day one
- Paid orientation and ongoing training
- Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays
- Flexible schedules and matching caregivers with nearby clients

- Medical benefits through Medallus for both full and part-time employees for just $10 per month regardless of full or part-time status.
Family coverage for only $85-$90 / month for family up to 6 people)
- Pay for travel time between clients (if seeing multiple clients in the same day)
- We will pay up to $350 for CNA School tuition after 3 months of solid job performance
As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will :
- Provide attention to client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
- Helping clients get up in the morning, or down for the evening
- Assist with personal care, dressing, grooming, incontinence, bathing, and ambulating including Hoyer Lifts
- Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
Job Requirements :
- Must be 18 years or older
- Have at least one year of caregiver experience with family, agency, or facility. (not needed if you have your CNA)
- Have or acquire CPR / First Aid certification (May obtain after interview)
- Be able to pass a national background check
- A valid driver's license, proof of car insurance / registration, and a reliable car
