About the Role
As Business Consulting Executive, you will oversee the consolidation of multiple Salesforce systems. You will ensure that LNLP can effectively utilize Salesforce and other tools to enhance sales processes and drive business growth.
You will collaborate with business leads globally to drive the harmonization of sales tools and processes.
Responsibilities
- Delivering programs and projects with significant strategic impact on the business unit strategies including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborating with business unit stakeholders and partnering with delivery teams to implement business systems enhancements and automation.
- Maintaining effective partnerships with senior leaders to proactively identify opportunities for business improvement.
- Building consensus among cross-functional teams and influencing decision making with leadership audiences.
- Driving governance, architectural principles, procedures, and repetitive processes that yield high value within the organization.
- Prioritizing requirements globally and creating a cadence with the Salesforce Product Management team to continually update and communicate priorities.
- Escalating conflicts to the management committee and presenting in a clear, concise format to facilitate quick decision-making.
Requirements
- Have relevant experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrate great experience in Salesforce implementation, administration, and project management.
- Demonstrate meaningful professional experience, including broad-based experience in leadership.
- Be able to influence across multiple levels in the organization and navigate a matrixed work environment.
- Have an action-oriented mindset with a proven track record of delivering quick wins and driving growth.
- Have experience facilitating cross-functional team discussions, including well-developed negotiation skills, and providing direction.
- Have proven experience in leading large-scale Salesforce projects and consolidations.
- Be able to travel globally as required.
