As an Estate Administration Paralegal, you’ll play a vital role in supporting attorneys and providing exceptional client service.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Prepare a variety of court documents, including probate and guardianship petitions.
  • Draft client correspondence, tax forms, and other essential documents.
  • Calendar critical deadlines and follow up on outstanding inquiries, client status meetings, and phone calls.
  • Prepare financial institution-specific claim forms and proofread teammates’ work.
  • Identify client needs and bring them to the attorney’s attention for legal advice.
  • Participate in and contribute to internal meetings.
  • All other tasks assigned by supervisor, Leadership, or attorneys.

About You :

  • Be an outstanding, multi-year paralegal, with a desire to learn, be coached and grow.
  • Possess a keen eye for detail with excellent word processing, typing (55+ WPM), spelling, and proofreading skills.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of living trusts, last wills, and health care documents.
  • Capable of explaining complex estate planning documents to clients in a clear, professional manner.
  • Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to new tasks, processes, or areas of support.
  • Show a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel with a willingness to learn other Microsoft Office applications and practice management software.
  • Uphold Firm's values and adhere to policies.
