Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring all incoming and outgoing merchandise is received or shipped as described in Four Seasons Policy and Procedure manual.
Ensure that all non-food & beverage deliveries coincide with an approved purchase order. Maintain an up to date file of receiving copy of all approved purchase orders.
Ensure all standards and established Four Seasons Purchasing department standards are met with the utmost accuracy. This role has direct contact with vendors and as such good communication skills are a necessity.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Three months to a year of employment in the related position with Four Seasons or other organizations
- Good command of the English language
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
