Position Summary :
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Conduct all the ceremonies of an agile development cycle such as PI planning, daily standups, feature refinements, sprint planning, sprint demos, and sprint retrospectives.
- Document the action items from the various meetings and follow up with the respective stakeholders.
- Develop trusted relationships with project and program stakeholders.
- Deliver appropriate and effective executive-level communication.
- Assist leadership with onboarding and training the staff and contractors as needed.
- Experience working within various project management methodologies, preferably SAFe Agile methodologies.
- Continuous professional development to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods, and project management best practices.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Program or Project management experience of 7+ years.
- Experience in consulting in large corporations, preferably in the Telecom domain.
- SAFe Agile certifications such as CSM, PO / PM.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
Skills :
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and demonstrated communication skills, both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff at all levels of management.
- Strong relationship management skills - able to set priorities, influence others, manage customer expectations, and effect change through influence and partnership.
- Flexible with a proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
- Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams), Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, and Jira Align.
- Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
