McGillin's Olde Ale House is the oldest bar in Philadelphia, we are Independently owned and have a long track record for serving quality food, at great prices in a lively setting.
Though we are a bar, we take pride in our menu and work hard daily to serve food that both is comforting and at times surprising.
We are seeking a n experienced leader with energy, enthusiasm and good work ethic. Maturity, leadership and a track record of stability is critical.
Our kitchen is open for lunch and dinner, 7 days per week (brunch on weekends). This is definitely a hands on position with daily prep, line cooking, creating specials, expediting, daily fresh soups and catering.
While the kitchen is not massive it employs a sizable staff, so comfort with kitchen management (scheduling, ordering, HR) is beneficial.
