JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Quality & Compliance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by overseeing the quality and compliance aspects of our products and services.
This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a deep understanding of quality management principles and product compliance requirements.
What You Will Do (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with national & international standards and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback, complaints, and quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to verify compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and coordinate external audits and inspections by national and international regulatory agencies or certification bodies.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the quality awareness and compliance knowledge of employees.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their quality expectations and address any concerns or issues.
- Stay up to date with national and international trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality management and compliance.
- Prepare reports and presentations on quality and compliance performance for management review.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by promoting quality initiatives and fostering a proactive approach to quality and compliance.
Who You Are (Qualifications)Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Quality Management or Engineering,
- Proven experience in quality management and compliance roles, preferably in a customer-focused industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards applicable to the industry (e.g., UL, ATEX, IECEx).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional certifications in quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Certified Quality Auditor) are highly desirable.
