Job Description
Project Oversight : Manage day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to plans and timelines.Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and conduct site inspections.
Team Management : Supervise construction crew, assign tasks, and ensure safety on site.
Communication : Act as main point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues.
Quality Control : Maintain construction quality standards and oversee inspections and testing.
Schedule Management : Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating deliveries and logistics.
Budget Oversight : Monitor project costs, control expenditures, and review contractor invoices.
Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and obtain necessary permits.

Proven Experience : Demonstrated success in managing commercial construction projects within budget and schedule.
Effective Leadership : Strong leadership skills in supervising teams and fostering a collaborative, safety-focused environment.
Clear Communication : Excellent communicator with stakeholders, resolving issues promptly and ensuring project updates are clear and consistent.
Problem-Solving : Skilled in identifying and resolving challenges to maintain project momentum and quality.
Organizational Ability : Exceptional at managing schedules, resources, and tasks to meet project objectives.
Detail-Oriented : Meticulous in overseeing construction quality, inspections, and compliance with regulations.
