Job Title : Plant Manager

Job Description

You will have P&L responsibility for a leader in the food industry. You will be a hands-on leader to mentor, train, develop, and coach the leadership team and associates.

You will have a dedicated focus on customer service and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all plant operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Mentor, train, and develop the leadership team and associates.
• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing processes to improve productivity.
• Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety standards.
• Focus on customer service excellence and effective problem-solving.
• Maintain knowledge of food sanitation and maintenance processes.
• Ensure compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations.

Essential Skills

• 5 years of successful food manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience in training and supervising staff.
• Knowledge of food sanitation and maintenance processes.
• Understanding of DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong production management skills.
• Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in problem-solving and customer service.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
