IT Operations Analyst, Infrastructure Network
About the Role
The IT Operations Analyst will work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Network with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
Responsibilities
- Handles task-based queue or work completed tickets in the order which received and / or based on criticality.
- Provides hands on support for installations and troubleshooting local infrastructure issues.
- Will assist Sr. Engineers with designing and implementing new solutions.
- Will assist in maintaining and updating documentation.
- Administers onsite and remote assistance as needed.
- Participates in planning, daily stand-ups, backlogs sessions.
- Performs other duties and / or special projects as assigned.
- Identifies areas of opportunity to improve our service offering.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience
- One year networking and hands-on experience in the following areas :
- Routing & switching
- Firewalls (ASA)
Preferred Qualifications for Consideration
- Load balancer troubleshooting experience.
- Firewall (Pao Alto)
- CCNP certification id desired or equivalent that demonstrates solid understanding of networking protocols.
