The Entry Level Marketing Assistant will assist with the execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and events. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns that align with company goals.
- Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and newsletters.
- Coordinate marketing projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Help organize promotional events, trade shows, and company-sponsored activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing marketing databases, and coordinating with vendors.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries of marketing activities for review by senior staff.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (or in pursuit of a degree).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
