Industrial Maintenance Technician

Shift : 1st shift 6 : 00 am-2 : 30 pm Monday Friday

Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role reports directly to the Maintenance Manager and involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating machinery, changing parts, and inspecting for potential issues.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and execute repairs promptly to minimize downtime.
• Install new machinery and equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with production personnel to ensure efficient operation of equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Document maintenance and repair work performed using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues in industrial settings.
• Experience with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and other industrial control systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
• Proven track record of reliability and commitment to previous employers.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational certification is a plus.
