- Advanced knowledge of business and management principles involved in planning, resource allocation, cost analysis and budgeting
- Demonstrated record of improvements within the supply chain function
- Experience in supplier management, procurement, receiving / shipping, inventory control in manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in supply chain management software
- Effective people leadership experience with exception communication and interpersonal skills
