This position will be responsible for working in the facility as a Refinery team member who will be responsible for all aspects of the Refining process, lab duties, and control room.
This position requires participation in all sanitation, housekeeping, environmental safety and emergency guidelines in all areas of the facility.
Essential Job Duties :
- Operating all aspects of Refinery Process
- Know and follow all safety, environmental, and emergency procedures.
- Complete any and all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
- Understand and be able to clearly communicate throughout the facility
- Keep all work areas, buildings and grounds clean at all times
- Actively participate in all aspects of safety including near-miss reporting and meetings
- Demonstrate the following core values and guiding behaviors which are expected of all employees at Bunge North America : Integrity, Openness and Trust, Teamwork, Citizenship, and Entrepreneurship.
- Commitment to supply safe food, maintain a food safety culture within the site, continually improve the site's food safety management system;
and comply with customer and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Requirement :
- High School graduate or GED Equivalent Preferred
- Background in agriculture desired
- reading and writing skills preferred
- Ability to take instruction and follow directions required
- Comfortable working safely in high places.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions required
- Strong mechanical skills preferred
- Proficient in basic computer skills preferred
- Must have initiative and demonstrate strong customer service skills required
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised required
- Positive attitude required

Rotating 12-hour shifts
