Job Details
A rapidly growing practice for a well-known firm is looking for two Litigators to join its insurance defense team focusing on Auto and Premises Liability! Salary will depend on experience! Billables 2100.
Great opportunity for an Associate looking for bench and trial experience!
Responsibilities :
- Conducting legal research and analysis on various litigation matters
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Assisting with discovery requests and responses, including drafting and responding to Interrogatories
- Preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, and trials
- Collaborating with clients, experts, and other attorneys on litigation matters
- Managing and prioritizing a high-volume caseload
- Providing exceptional client service and communication throughout the litigation process
Qualifications / Requirements :
2-8 years experience & Admission to the NY Bar. Strong writing, negotiation skills, and academic record.
