Our client, a leading service organization, with an overall performance level second to none has an immediate need for a Finance & Accounting Associate to join their team.
The candidate will work alongside the Director of Finance to design and implement the financial operations of the company

Responsibilities of the Finance & Accounting Associate :
Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable process, including posting to the general ledger and account reconciliation.
Participate in the monthly closing of the firms’ accounting records and financial statement preparation
- Interface with external service providers including auditors, tax advisors and other professional service organizations as needed
- Work with team members and other firm staff to ensure expenses are approved and processed in good order
- Responsible for vendor management process
- Build and maintain appropriate control environment and financial checks and balances
Preferred Experience for the Finance & Accounting Associate :
- 0-2 years' experience in Accounting
- Familiarity with ERP software and Excel (vlookups)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
