Job Title : Machine Operator
Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM
Pay : $20 $22 per hour (DOE)
Requirements : Background check & Standard 5-panel drug screen
Position Summary :
As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in the production process by operating and maintaining equipment to ensure quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities include loading printed rolls into feed mechanisms, observing automated processes, and troubleshooting any machine malfunctions.
You will also inspect finished products, ensuring they meet work order specifications, and adjust machinery as needed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Load printed rolls into feed mechanisms.
- Monitor automatic feeding, folding, gluing, and cutting operations.
- Inspect completed bags for defects and ensure conformance to specifications.
- Adjust machinery to correct variations and ensure product quality.
- Pack finished products into boxes and palletize them by stacking onto pallets.
- Print and inspect labels for accuracy.
- Maintain daily records of time and material usage in a computer ERP system.
- Perform preventive maintenance and disassemble machines to replace broken or worn parts using appropriate tools.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Work overtime as required by management to meet production deadlines.
- Carry out any additional duties necessary to ensure timely completion of work.
Qualifications :
- Ability to work a minimum of 8-hour shifts.
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
