Job Title : Location Manager
Job Overview
Charlotte’s Coffee House is seeking an experienced and dedicated Location Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bustling coffee shop.
The Location Manager will be responsible for leading a dynamic team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high operational standards.
This role requires a hands-on leader with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of driving the team’s success in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all daily operations, ensuring both staff and customers have a positive experience
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the team, handling tasks such as hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure the café maintains a clean, organized, and safe environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Oversee inventory management, supplier relationships, and ensure timely replenishment of stock
- Collaborate with ownership and upper management to set business goals and drive overall performance
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor financial aspects, including payroll and operational expenses, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales, labor costs, and other key performance indicators
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Weekend availability is required
- Ability to remain calm and positive when managing high-pressure situations
- Must be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods

Compensation : $22 $26 per hour (approximately $45,760 $54,080 per year) + quarterly performance bonuses
