Qualifications : Required :

Required :

• A minimum of 15 years of experience leading systems engineering, analysis, development, integration, and test activities required to deliver complex next-generation software-based multi-INT, Activity Based Intelligence, automated collection orchestration, advanced sensemaking capabilities, object-based orchestration, production, and custody.
• Knowledge of missions, roles, functions, organizational structures, and operations, which govern, interface with and / or influence the systems acquisition process and integrated life cycle management in support of the mission.
• Demonstrated familiarity with data science, data engineering, and artificial intelligence concepts and algorithms.
• Demonstrated use of programming languages and software to develop data pipelines and data products.
• Demonstrated writing clear and maintainable code to clean, connect, query, and investigate large structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data sets.
• Demonstrated design of rich interactive data visualizations and reports to communicate actionable insights and data / model limitations to the intended audience.

Education :

• Required : BS in scientific or technological discipline
• Preferred : MS in scientific or technological discipline

Clearance Requirements :

TS / SCI with Counterintelligence-Scope Polygraph

The pay range for this position in Hawaii is $200,000 / year to $225,000 / year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors.
