TPC Summerlin is a private par-72, 7,243-yard golf course located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Carved from a magnificent swath of rugged desert terrain by renowned golf course architect Bobby Weed, TPC Summerlin creates one of the most visually stunning tests of golf in Nevada.
TPC Summerlin proudly hosts the PGA TOUR’s Shriners Hospitals for Children Open, the second event of the PGA TOUR’s FedExCup season.
The General Utility / Dishwasher is primarily responsible for washing dishes, utensils, pots and pans and other wares used in food production and service, properly storing them after cleanings.
Also responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation and sense of organization in kitchen and dumpster areas.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent education
RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
- Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in employee changing room / restrooms, and back-of-the-house employee areas, as well as the elevator, dumpster and receiving area
- Empty trash cans from dish room, kitchen and storeroom into appropriate refuge receptacles on a regular basis, ensuring correct supervision for recyclable items
- Remove empty boxes from kitchen and storage areas on a regular basis to dumpster area
- Keep equipment, floor, and work areas clean, free of slip, trip and fall hazards and in good working order at all times
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans and utensils in accordance to local guidelines, to ensure proper supply levels to operate Food & Beverage Department efficiently
- Assist in the storing of grocery and supply items
- Assume responsibility for proper set up and operation of the dish machine, three compartment sink, garbage disposer and chemical dispensing systems.
Notify supervisor of any malfunctions
- Assume responsibility for supplies for the dish machine and notify supervisor of any instances where there would no product on hand
- Assist cooks and the Executive Chef in the preparation of food as needed
- Set-up and break-down buffet tables and theme decorations which may include ice displays
- Special projects or other duties as assigned

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; kneel; use hands to handle or feel;
and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, color vision, distance and peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
