Job Title : Proposal and Inventory Administrator with Continuous Opportunities for Growth!

A Day in the Life as a Proposal and Inventory Administrator : Review RFP / bid opportunities. Facilitate discussions to bid or not to bid.

Gather and submit all questions from the internal team and external partners. Lead the writing of any documents required by a bid that are not currently available.

Review pricing and final documents. Lead bid review meeting with leadership when needed. Maintain submittal documents and ensure the accuracy of current information.

Assist in organizing submittal documents.

Education :

Bachelor’s Degree or five years of RFP / inventory management experience preferred.
