Menlo is seeking a highly motivated, inquisitive candidate to join our growing FP&A team as a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst.
This role will be reporting directly to the Senior Director of FP&A and BI and will be a key contributor to the next phase of growth and profitability.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of direct FP&A experience or equivalent in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of GAAP and financial statements
- Advanced knowledge of Excel is a must
Responsibilities
- Business Partnering with various departments to deliver accurate headcount and financial forecasting including analysis and recommendations
- Enable efficient workflows for reporting, business growth, and investments, support leadership decision making and trade-offs to ensure the team is on track to meet goals
- Assist in the creation of Board materials and executive updates; prepare and maintain monthly and quarterly reporting
- Create ad-hoc reporting to support business initiatives as needed
Compensation and Benefits
At Menlo Security, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range.
The base salary range for this role is $62,000 - $108,000.
In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is Menlo Security’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location.
