Salary : $140,000 - $180,000 / year

Growing National K-5 Charter / Public School non-profit organization seeks a Director of Finance, Grants & Revenue, to oversee the nationwide grant compliance and reporting process for 40 school programs in 5 states, as well as the associated financial budgeting, forecasting and planning responsibilities for grants and revenue.

This role will report directly into the CFO and manage a grants administration and finance team of 3. This is a mostly remote role.

Requirements :

• 5+ year finance experience at a public school, at either a district or charter school, in budgeting, forecasting and planning.
• Must have public school grants management and compliance experience.
• Must have specific experience working with CA State restricted grant programs.
• Must have staff management experience for at least 2+ people.
