Description of the role :
A Laboratory Technician position is currently available at HR Employer Solutions Group.
As a laboratory technician, you will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests and experiments, as well as collecting and analyzing data.
You will work under the supervision of a senior scientist or laboratory manager and contribute to the overall success of the research and development projects.
Responsibilities :
- Perform laboratory tests, experiments, and analyses following established protocols
- Record and analyze data accurately and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth laboratory operations
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
- Prepare and sterilize laboratory materials and solutions
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements :
- Prior experience working in a laboratory setting is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills
- Ability to follow protocols and work independently
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
