We're seeking a meticulous Studio Coordinator to join our San Francisco team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office.

This role reports to the Managing Partner and is part of a Seattle-based Operations team. This is an onsite in-office position, Monday through Friday 8 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pm.

Role & Responsibilities
Manage front desk and community spaces. Support the firm mission and day-to-day operations. Ensure the studio is organized, visually appealing and welcoming for staff and guests.
Greet guests, answer phones, order and manage snacks, lunches, and supplies for daily operations and special events.
Provide administrative support to studio leaders, including calendar management, travel, timesheets, expense reports, etc.
Assist project teams with travel arrangements and meeting logistics such as coordinating schedules, and video conferencing setup.
- Coordinate set up for client meetings, presentations, and events.
- Manage facilities issues and liaise with building management.
- Provide onsite support for select IT and HR tasks while facilitating communications with Seattle Operations, IT and HR teams.
Assist with marketing and operations activities including project data collection, contact management, event coordination and compiling content for pursuit material, brochures and award submittals.
Requirements
- Superior customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organization skills, detail orientation and follow through.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Google Drive, OneDrive, Zoom, and Miro proficiency.
- Superb multitasking ability.
Nice-to-haves (but not required)
- Graphic design skills with discerning aesthetic judgment.
- Basic Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) proficiency.
- Prior exposure to marketing and business development activities.
- CRM database experience.
- Event planning experience.

The expected range of compensation for this role is $28 to $33 per hour.
