Position Description
This position is contingent on contract award. Multiple locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
- Serves as the local hardware, software and functional expert for one of the following :
- FIRESIM / ExCIS, BSWS, JDLM, MUSE SENGEN, or WARSIM.
- Answers questions concerning operation of the system, troubleshoots problems and provides configuration management on software / hardware systems.
- Provides formal classroom instruction to BSWS operators prior to constructive exercises.
- Maintains setup, testing and troubleshooting guides for SME system.
- Troubleshoots computer hardware, software, and basic networking configurations
Position Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum 5 years’ computer experience in information systems design and management.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in analysis and design of business applications for complex Large-scale or mid-tier computer systems, or LAN-based systems.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :
BA / BS degree; 3 years’ experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS :
Must be able to obtain and maintain a current Active Security clearance and meet other eligibility requirements for access to classified information
