Research Director

A company is looking for a Research Director / Principal Researcher.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of complex research projects in K-12 education

Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with policies and standards

Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand client needs and enhance satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or a postgraduate degree, or equivalent relevant experience

Extensive experience in designing and conducting research studies using rigorous quantitative methods

At least 5 years of progressive experience in research or consultancy projects in the K-12 education domain

Deep knowledge of K-12 education topics, with a preference for specialization in school finance or policy

Experience in grant writing and familiarity with educational product development is a plus
