This role is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within the predefined project scope.

This Position Overview :

Technology Project Manager will be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading technology projects from ideation to completion.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a proven track record of successfully managing complex technology projects.

The Technology Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional technology teams such as developers, infrastructure, information security, architecture and data engineers to ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

The candidate should also have experience working with cross-functional technology teams to implement Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms.

Essential Job Functions :

Work with stakeholders to define project objectives and scope

Develop and manage project schedule and budget

Engage with resource management to procure project team members and perform ongoing capacity planning and forecasting

Organize and lead project status and working meetings

Prepare and update project roadmaps and progress reports to keep stakeholders informed of project status

Keep leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget or other results

Promote and follow a defined project management process and implement best practices of Project Management methodologies

Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications / Requirements :

5+ years experience in Technical Product Management including experience implementing SAAS products

Bachelors degree in Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance or related field or combination of experience and education

Experience working with cross-functional technology teams and helping to drive them to complete complex technology related projects

Experience managing Information Security related projects including but not limited to : Varonis Data Governance, Carbon Black Endpoint Protection Replacement, Delinea, Privileged Access Management, SIEM log management and monitoring, Threat and Vulnerability Management, CSK / BYOK Project

Experience managing infrastructure related projects, including but not limited to : System Monitoring, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) related projects, Access Management, Release Management, AWS releated initiatives

Extensive knowledge of project management principles and practices

Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members.

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$105,000.00 - $125,000.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data.

Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.

SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K;

in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
