Responsibilities :
Communicate vehicle concerns to the Assistant ServiceManager (ASM)
Diagnose and assess repairs for all vehicle concerns
Ride along with customers if the problem persists
Manage repair orders to ensure service completion bypromise times
Maintain a professional work station including tool box,vehicle lift, and general work area
Achieve hourly goals
Work closely with the parts and service departments
Ensure quality work
Demonstrate a servant’s heart by creating unique andpersonalized experiences
Requirements : High school diploma
High school diploma
Technical school training
ASE certifications are preferred
Professional appearance and communication
Genuine desire to serve
Ability to multitask
Desire for long-term career development
