Salary & Incentives :
- Base salary range : $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
- Uncapped commissions & performance-based bonuses
- Current specialists making over $6-10k+ each month
- Incentive trips for outstanding performance

Key Responsibilities :
- Generate leads and follow up with prospects using our cutting-edge tools and technologies.
- Arrange and coordinate client meetings, maintaining impeccable accuracy in tracking inspections with our CRM system.
- Secure new client agreements monthly, hitting minimum productivity and sales targets.
- Independently create and manage your schedule, working outdoors as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile :
- Extremely presentable in person, with strong social / people skills.
- Ability to sell and close contracts, with past sales experience highly desired but not necessary.
- Proven success record in sales and working with others.
- Energetic, social, with great people skills, and a Fire Starter attitude.
- No previous experience required in the insurance restoration industry our training systems are designed for your success.
