Job Description :

We are looking for a results-driven Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business by proactively reaching out to potential customers, as well as responding to incoming leads and referrals.

We offer a competitive salary, commission structure, as well as ongoing training and support to help you succeed in this role .

If you are an experienced and target-driven Insurance Sales Representative , we encourage you to apply. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service .

A Property and Casualty License and insurance experience are a must-have . The base salary for the experienced position is $45,000 - $50,000 Per year with added commission.

No insurance experience? No problem!

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by proactively reaching out to potential customers through effective networking and outreach efforts.
  • Respond to incoming leads and referrals in a timely and professional manner.
  • Actively listen to the clients objections and concerns. Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.
  • Explain the benefits of the product or service, and how it can address their specific concerns.
  • Utilize excellent relationship-building talents and create trust with the client. Ensure transparency, honesty, and empathy in interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Answer phones when needed.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis

Requirement

  • Previous sales experience (real estate, mortgage lenders, car sales, phone sales)
  • College degree preferred.
  • Prior insurance experience.
  • Candidate must be able to work in-office.
  • Ambitious self-starter with the ability to work independently to hit targets and collaborate with team members.
  • Knowledge of basic computer software.
  • Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
