Product Knowledge : Maintain thorough knowledge of insurance products to provide accurate and reliable advice.
Sales Targets : Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales goals and objectives.
Policy Customization : Customize insurance plans to fit each client's unique needs, maximizing policy value.
Customer Retention : Work diligently to ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional service and follow-up care.
Requirement
Licensing : Must hold or be able to obtain a Maryland Property & Casualty License.
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a customer-facing role is highly beneficial.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric focus.
